Custom pieces, including portraits, sculptures, or paintings in specific formats, sizes, or themes, according to the client’s needs and preferences. These commissioned works require prior coordination and a tailored creation process
3. Delivery Times
Artwork in stock is shipped within a maximum of 5 business days. Custom pieces require additional production time, which will be communicated when the order is confirmed. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the courier service.
4. Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
Damage caused during shipping.
Order errors (incorrect product or an item different from what was requested).
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
5. Procedure and Costs
If the return is due to an error on our part, we cover all shipping costs.
If the product was damaged during transit, the claim will be processed through the insurance associated with the artwork.
